Broadway Our Way is a showstopping tour through musical theatre history!

Ever wonder what opera singers sing for fun? Come out and hear Broadway Our Way, the first concert of the Halifax Summer Opera Festival, on July 20!

Produced by Andrew Pelrine and accompanied by Ria Kim, Broadway Our Way is part of the Festival’s fifteenth season. Broadway Our Way will take you on a journey from early Broadway classics to modern day musicals, all sung by opera singers from across North America and the world. This concert will captivate any Broadway fan with pieces from musicals as diverse as Carousel, Kiss Me Kate and My Fair Lady, through The Wiz and Phantom right up to Wicked, Addams Familyand Natasha, Pierre, and the Great Comet of 1812!

Broadway Our Way will take place on Saturday July 20, at 7:30 pm at the Lillian Piercey Concert Hall in the Maritime Conservatory of Performing Arts at 6199 Chebucto Avenue. Tickets are $20, available at the door or in advance at Ticket Halifax.

Don’t forget to check out all the other events of the Festival! Tickets are on sale online at TicketHalifax.com, by phone at (902) 422-6278 (ext. 500), in person at The Coast’s offices, 2309 Maynard Street, or at the venue an hour before the show, payable by cash, credit card, tappable debit, ApplePay or cheque.  Audience members can also buy season passes, which will get them into every performance of every show.
